The situation

A mid-sized B2B company kept its price in more than one place. When a customer amended a contract, the order changed, but the invoice kept reading the old price.

Finance corrected invoices by hand and kept spreadsheets to check them. Sales and finance each trusted their own numbers, so nobody could rely on the forecast or the revenue report.

How we work

One price. Every step.

1
Map it
Where the price lives, step by step
2
Find the overlap
Where two copies stop matching
3
Decide one owner
One source of truth for price
4
Change safely
Small steps, each one tested

The work took a few weeks. You keep the map and the findings either way.
